you need to hire an attorney and sue for the money you were out on the move, including the moving truck, lost wages and attorney fees. You also need to sue for any other expenses such as gas and of course pain and suffering and cost of having to find another place to live. Something possitive will come out of this for you...possibly the employers that did you wrong will want to settle out of court or maybe even offer you husband a job. I can tell you though that I moved from Arkansas to Ohio once and I absolutely hated it. There was such a difference in Southern life and Northern life....I just couldnt addapt. Good luck!

This is sure to happen, just look at the dollar signs in their eyes! As usual it won't be done properly, there will be the obligatory novel exploitations of the new system. The banks will figure out how to keep charging you, but now you will also have to pay the phone company. Robbers will now only need to cut off your thumb and/or clone your sim to steal all your cash. What happens when the network goes down? This is just going to be another invisible hand in all our pockets.

Suggesting the concept of using the mobile phone in place of credit cards or for trading the money.Excellent idea which can happen soon. But we do need banking system to run this concept in financial setup one needs a system like banking and ready network to in place like banking sector which can take the advantage of this new technology like internet banking.Good idea.

The first thing I would do is talk to the front line supervisors and managers to find out what they perceive are the major issues. Then you might want to do a survey to gather more information to find out how employees are feeling about their jobs, the company. You could do a SWOT analysis, you could research this on the web-basically you are asking them what are the strenghts, weakness, opportunities and threats facing the company. Then compile a report for your boss and see what you think the issues are. HR needs to be in line with the objectives of the company.

Depending on the size of your company, you might want to introduce a performance mgmt systmem. since you have some HR traininig, you can probably recall taking some training on performance appraisals. You could research other companies and see what they are doing for some samples.

The other thing I recomend is supervisor training. Do a needs analaysis and see where the supervisors think they need development. Then work on getting them trained up in these areas.

Finally, make sure you have some good core HR policies and procedures. You can get some sample employee handbooks and this will give you some guidelines.

Good Luck, hope this helps!
